Our neighborhood is represented by 4th Ward Council Member Jessica Yorko and 1st Ward Council Member Jody Washington. Council Member Washington attended the Feb. MPNO meeting. She has invited neighbors to attend her meetings on the first Saturday of each month at the Allen Neighborhood Center from 10:30 a.m. to Noon. From the CART FB page: “In response to the extreme snow event across the City of Lansing, the curbside collection of recycling and trash will be delayed 2 days from the normal schedule. To facilitate snow clearing operations, city residents are asked to remove their trash and recycling carts from the curbside immediately and place them back at the curbside on their rescheduled pickup day.” From GRANGER: “…service will be delayed by one day for the entire week.”
