May 15 – Neighborhood Planting & Clean up

The MPNO has four Neighborhood in Bloom kits they will be receiving on May 15. We need at least five volunteers to plant flowers (near the neighborhood and park signs) and help pick up trash in
Moores Park (parking lot and pavilion).

As part of the Spring clean up we can get T-shirts for volunteers. If you volunteer and would like a T-shirt (we’ll need to know what size shirt), please email president@mooresparkneighborhood.com or leave a comment here no later than Tuesday.

The plan is to meet at the neighborhood sign close to 200 W. Barnes to start planting flowers.

If you have planting tools, please bring them (we’ll have a couple of shovels at least available). We’ll also have trash bags and plastic gloves available.
